Mein Walidain Ka Haq Hai?
Kya larke ki terhan larki ka maal bhi walidain ki taraf loutta hai ?
Aur kya larki ke zimma bhi isi tareeqa se walidain par kharch karna wajib hai ?
bohat se logon ka khayaal hai ke larki ki shadi ke baad agras ke bhay walidain par kharch karne ki taaqat واستطاعت rakhtay hain to larki ke zimma walidain ka kharcha wajib nahi ?
Aur kya biwi ke maal mein khawand ka koy haq hai is liye liye nahi ke woh khawand –apne oopar woh maal kharch kere balkay is liye ke biwi khud jahan chahay kharch kere?
Aur agar khawand ka khayaal aur nazriya ho ke biwi ka maal walidain par kharch karna wajib nahi to kya biwi is masla mein khawand ki itaat kere?
aur agar walidain فقیرو mohtaaj hon aur biwi ka koy khaas maal nahi tokya is ke khawand ke zimma hai ke woh biwi ke walidain par kharch kere ?
Woh istarah ke walidain ke liye jaaiz hai ke woh beti se زکاہ ka maal le len, lekin khawand ke walidain ke liye yeh jaaiz nahi ke woh –apne betay se زکاہ ka maal len, is liye ke betay par walidain ka kharcha wajib hai?
Aur kya larki ke zimma bhi isi tareeqa se walidain par kharch karna wajib hai ?
bohat se logon ka khayaal hai ke larki ki shadi ke baad agras ke bhay walidain par kharch karne ki taaqat واستطاعت rakhtay hain to larki ke zimma walidain ka kharcha wajib nahi ?
Aur kya biwi ke maal mein khawand ka koy haq hai is liye liye nahi ke woh khawand –apne oopar woh maal kharch kere balkay is liye ke biwi khud jahan chahay kharch kere?
Aur agar khawand ka khayaal aur nazriya ho ke biwi ka maal walidain par kharch karna wajib nahi to kya biwi is masla mein khawand ki itaat kere?
aur agar walidain فقیرو mohtaaj hon aur biwi ka koy khaas maal nahi tokya is ke khawand ke zimma hai ke woh biwi ke walidain par kharch kere ?
Woh istarah ke walidain ke liye jaaiz hai ke woh beti se زکاہ ka maal le len, lekin khawand ke walidain ke liye yeh jaaiz nahi ke woh –apne betay se زکاہ ka maal len, is liye ke betay par walidain ka kharcha wajib hai?

Aulaad aik aisa lafz aur ism hai jis mein betay aur betiyan sab shaamil hain, aur waalid ko yeh haq haasil hai ke woh apni aulaad ke maal mein jis terhan chahay tasarruf kere is ke dalail mojood hain .
Nabi sale Allah alaihi wasallam ka farmaan hai :
( to aur tera maal tairay waalid ka hai ) .
Is liye agar waalid apni aulaad ke maal mein se kuch lena chahay to yeh is ka haq hai lekin shart yeh hai ke is se aulaad par koy zarrar nah آۓ, aur waalid ke liye yeh jaaiz nahi ke woh aik betay ka maal le kar dosray ko day day .
Agar walidain faqeer aur mohtaaj ho jaien aur beti ke paas apni zaroorat se zayed maal ho to beti par lazim hai ke woh –apne walidain par kharch kere lekin apni zaroriat mein kami nah kere .
Aur khawand ke zimma biwi ke kharcha ke baara mein guzarish hai ke : khawand ke zimma wajib hai ke woh biwi ka وجب shuda nan ونفقہ poora kere, aur Agar biwi kahin mulazim hai to woh biwi ka maal hai aur iss ke sath hi khaas hai .
Lekin agar khawand yeh shart rakhay ke biwi ki mulazmat aur ghar se bahar jane aur is ke haq mein se kuch faut honay ki soorat mein woh thankhowa ka kuch hissa wusool kere ga .
Biwi ko jab maal miley to usay is ki hifazat karni چاہیۓ taa ke woh apni ya phir apni aulaad aur ya –apne walidain ki zaroriat poori kar sakay .
Aur agar is larki ke aur bhi behan bhai hain aur in mein se koy aik –apne walidain ka kharcha bardasht kar raha hai to is terhan baqyon se woh wajib saqt ho جاۓ ga, avrjo kharcha bardasht kar raha hai usay ajar وثواب haasil hoga .
Ya phir aik soorat yeh hai ke sab behan bhai aapas mein walidain ka kharcha taqseem karlen ke har aik ko itni raqam ada karni hogi .
Aur raha damaad ka masla to is par koy zaroori nahi ke woh apni biwi ke walidain ( yani –apne sasural walon ) par kharcha karta phiray, lekin agar woh –apne maal ki زکاہ ada karna chahay to woh inhen day sakta hai .
Lekin beti –apne walidain ko زکاہ ka maal nahi day sakti is liye ke beti par walidain ko khilana pilana wajib hai lhza woh زکاہ ke maal ke ilawa –apne maal se un ka kharcha bardasht kere.
