Aur jab shadi is shart par ho ke aik hazaar larki ko aur aik hazaar is ke walida ko day ga, yeh jaaiz hai, agar is ne dukhool se qabal hi Talaq day di.
Mujmal tor par is maamla mein aurat ke waalid ke liye jaaiz hai ke woh beti ke مہرمیں se –apne liye bhi kuch makhsoos karne ki shart rakhay .
Ishaq Rehma ALLAH taala ka yahi kehna hai. aur yeh bhi riwayat kya gaya hai ke masrook Rehma ALLAH taala ne jab apni beti ki shadi ki twapne liye das hazaar ki shart rakhi thi, aur un das hazaar ko msakin aur hajj mein taqseem kardiya aur phir khawand ko kehnay lagey apni biwi ko tayyar karo.
